Grow Up!

Ronnie Evans continues his look through the first letter of Peter; reflecting on how we mature as we move from feelings, to a sure knowledge of God’s presence with us. As babes, we forgiveness and yearn for an emotional connection, we long to feel His presence. We need to know why bad things are happening to us, and why we suffer. As we mature, we know we are forgiven, we know God is with us, and we know that God is in control – even when we don’t know why things are happening the way they are. As we grow in our knowledge of the Word, we become more than victors, and turn to praising God for who He is.
